StarCraft II – Delayed to 2010

Blizzard announced that they are doing well financially, then brought up the release of StarCraft II being pushed back to the first half of next year to coincide with the revamped Battle.net.

Maybe they will use this time to add LAN support which Rob Pardo announced was not planned for the game back in June.  Ars Technica has a good article on why LAN support is important to so many of us older players.

No surprises there. Dialob 3 is slated for 2010 as well. Am I the only one who gets kinda annoyed with Blizzard at their attitude towards release dates? I mean, it must be a great place to work but as a consumer it gets a little annoying to constantly wait and wait and wait and wait…
