It is Friday and that guy who did the Werner Herzog videos on YouTube hasn’t done anything in ages.
So, instead, here are cats playing Pattycake courtesy of my wife. Pattycake is a game of sorts, right?
Oh, and the cats, they talk. But you kind of have to talk to play Pattycake.
Our cats don’t have the patience for this sort of thing, though one of our cats will play fetch if he is in the mood.
And it is my sister’s birthday, though she doesn’t like cats all that much. But she lives pretty close to SOE HQ.
So she has that going for her.

The closest I’ve gotten my dog to this point was when she “accidentally” played piano. Not kidding. She was sitting on the piano bench with me, and just suddenly decided to slap her paw down on the key of F sharp. Great post…congrats on FP!

OMG, I was giggling hysterically through that whole thing. (My ever-annoyed boyfriend apparently was on a conference call and just slammed the door to his office…I guess he didn’t appreciate the noise.)

@HSJF – That is, of course, the irony. I write a lot of posts then, on a whim, post some bit of fluff or something way off my usual topics, and that is what gets chosen for Freshly Pressed. I’ve made it to the FP page a few times, but only when I diverge into cute animal posts… well, if you count Paul the Octopus as cute.
There is a lesson in this for all of us.
